RSI Roofing of San Diego has started its last phase of re-roofing for Tiburon HOA (managed by Curtis Management), located in Carlsbad, CA. RSI will be re-roofing the final seven buildings/units with Johns Manville Single-Ply TPO covering 60,000 square feet and also be re-roofing the garages with Johns Manville Built-Up Roofing covering 30,000 square feet. “It has been a pleasure working with the Curtis Management team and the Tiburon Board of Directors over the past nine years in completing this project. We specialize in large HOA projects and we hoped it shined through,” David Susi –President, RSI Roofing. The projected amounted to $2.67 Million Dollars over nine years.
RSI Roofing of San Diego has signed three contracts with Sea Properties to Re-Roof buildings located at 2790 Midway, 1233 Camino Del Rio South (pictured) and 2665 Vista Way. The three buildings total up to over 90,000 square feet of re-roofing work. RSI will be installing white-reflective Single-Ply TPO roofing systems on all three of the buildings. “Single-Ply roofing membranes have become the new standard for flat roofs. Not only does it save on energy costs and help the environment, but it is also a great foundation to add solar in the future,” David Susi, President-RSI Roofing.

RSI Roofing of San Diego was recently ranked 61st in the nation among roofing contractors and ranked 1st among San Diego roofing contractors by Roofing Contractor Magazine for 2011. According to the US Census Bureau, there are over 25,000 roofing contractors alone in the United States. This puts RSI in the 99 percentile for US roofing contractors.
“This is a great honor to receive. During this time of economic woes , this should reassure our current and prospective clients that we are stable and continue to be one of the top roofing contractors in the nation,” David Susi, president of RSI Roofing.
This is RSI’s second time cracking the top 100. Their previous best placing was 90th in 2010. RSI was one of only eleven roofing contractors in the state of California that made the top 100 cut. With record sales half way through 2011, RSI hopes to crack the top 50 for the 2012 ranking.
