- Auto allowance, plus cell phone provided.

Expense Reimbursement:
All business related expenses will be reimbursed via the bi-weekly submission of the companies “Expense Reimbursement” document. Allowed expenses for this position are: Meals (pre approved) per budget, Networking events. Mileage log required to be turned in monthly.
Summary:
Project Manager who can independently conduct the following: Examine, evaluate, and recommend proposing and secure roofing and gutter projects for RSI Roofing by performing the following duties.

- Conduct final Job walk inspections
- Collect payment for job to 100% completed payment ( when necessary)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

I - Prospecting
- Customer follow up calls
- Lead follow up calls (company provided leads)
- Data Base follow up calls
- Plan room visits
- Cold calls
Measurement: 5 qualified names per week entered into data base. 10 minimum presented proposals per week.
II - Training
- Attend required weekly staff and sales meetings.
- Prepare for and actively participate in weekly coaching sessions with your manager
- Prepare for and actively participate in quarterly company meetings
Measurement: Attendance tracking for class and coaching sessions
III - Administration
- Submit complete and accurate proposals
- Expeditiously satisfy clients needs and expectations
- Enter all contacts and contact updates into Co. data base.
Measurement: One on One Coaching Review
IV - Sales Activities
- Conduct Pre-Qualification interviews
- Conduct Pre Construction appointments
- Conduct face to face Plan Room Visits when necessary.
- Timely and consistent follow up with all prospects
Measurement: Performance to Established Sales Quota
V - Marketing & Advertising
- Seek Alliance opportunities
- Creatively submit ideas to management for enhanced marketing opportunities
Measurement: One on One Coaching Review
VI - Interdepartmental cooperation
- Work effectively and efficiently with the operational Team.
- Communicate Process Improvement ideas to the Owner.
- Place sample trailer at job sites.
- Participate in trade shows.
- Participate in “in house” seminars put on for property manager clientele.
Measurement: One on One Coaching Review
VII - Manage Sold Jobs
- Maintain communication with Superintendents to assure “on budget” labor performance.
- Clarify handling of job site conditions should conflicts arise.
- Mediate customer/ sub-contractor/production department conflicts
- Administrate change orders.
- Perform Final walk through of project at end of production performance.
- Collect payment when requested by office/ administration.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High School Graduate, with some college preferred plus 5-10 years minimum experience in construction related sales; or equivalent combination of experiences.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Spanish speaking a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Class courses in estimating , plan take off, or sales training preferred.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions & percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Word processing, Spread sheet, Internet software, E-mail, Database software, Contact Management
